Beginning of January is a good time to set new intentions for the starting year!

One of the main aims in life is to grow in awareness so settling goals in different areas is key.
So balance is the way to wellbeing.
Health: balance enough sleep, eat and exercise. The three are equally important.
Emotional: practice daily mindfulness for at least 10 minutes, enhance emotional resilience.
Spiritual: engage in daily reflection to deepen spiritual understanding, be more human.
Physical: commit to regular exercise of 30 minutes a day, five times a week
Economics: save a specific amount each month toward a financial goal, emergency fund or investment.
Skills: learn a new skill or hobby, committing a certain amount of time each week to its development.
Learning: read, meditate, assist to events, travel, do things to expands your knowledge and perspective.
Relationships: dedicate quality time whenever you feel to meaningful connections with friends or family.
Contribution: contribute to a cause you are passionate about, dedicating time or resources regularly.
Consciousness: the ultimate goal in life is to expand consciousness and awareness so keep growing.
