As life moves faster in the recent decades, one of the biggest challenges humans are facing is to find balance between the external pressure while also having an internal fulfillment. Can we concile the external noise with our inner peace?

Life seems to travel faster year after year in theses modern times powered mainly by technology. Meanwhile «society sets» high expectations on individuals driving people to achieve more, to get more, to spend more, show more. Such a trend sometimes creates internal confusion disconnecting the true essence of the individual from finding inner meaning, peace and real contentment.
It seems difficult, probable more than ever, to find and maintain balance and harmony between the outer noise and our inner peace. As more and more people choose to live in large metropolitan cities, it is a common pattern to find people often feeling «overwhelmed by the high standards that society sets», trends such as maintaining an image, status, achieving external validation and so on.

that we forget we can set our own standards».
This reality often leads to emotions and feelings such as burnout, anxiety, depression, a kind of «never enough» amongst others. While we can see many individuals «achieving many of the external goals» which seems to be exciting, it also kinds of feed a feeling of internal emptiness», lacking deeper and authentic connections and a purpose-drive existence.
As we can see, the great challenge in this modern life is to find equilibrium between the two forces: achieving external goals while also cultivating our internal world. In times of the massive impact generated by technology, causing a great external pressure, public image, social media and the digital life, «it is easy to get lost in the external noise» navigating further away from one´s inner values and purpose. Do no get lost in the crowd, be authentic, listen and nurture your inner self.
How is the relationship between my outer world and my inner self?
Where do I tend to give more attention to: the outside or within myself?
How difficult is it for me to find balance and harmony between the two forces?
May you become aware and cultivate your inner self, the one that makes you be authentic.
