When a city grows in different ways it gets more interesting, it expands and begin to attract all sorts of new opportunities. Along with the fresh air of a growing city comes the vision and projections into the future as if the city takes a new dimension; so, one day there is a new post office, after some time the first asian restaurant comes, then probably a new train station, then the first local sport club and with patience and time, this city could grow in an unlimited expansion.
Likewise, humans can grow and expand, like cities, endlessly different directions attracting new opportunities and transforming themselves in better individuals. Similar to cities growing and expanding because of the initiatives and ideas of its citizens «from within» – local residents -, humans truly grow and transform inside out, that is real change happens first internally to then manifest externally attracting new circumstances, events, people, situations and so on.
Similarly, the level of a city depends on a high degree to the socio-cultural and collective consciousness levels of its local population, that is the higher these levels ranks the better for the local society. Same pattern applies to the expansion that humans can experiment in their lives: the higher the level of consciousness the better the chances to experience a better life.
Additionally, we could say that a city is the extension of what local residents have envisioned in their creativity and imagination and vision can reach little boundaries or, on the other hand, can expand to see wonderful traits. Once again, humans possess both possibilities: either have a stagnant tendency in time or enjoying a more fulfilling and meaningful journey.
More over, a city has its own unique traits which distinguishes from all others emphasising that the perfect city does not exist, that even «the best city» has downsides, difficulties, has probably faced crisis, setbacks and challenges like every single human being on planet earth. Cities back in time were more local and had clearly more national socio-cultural identifications with the country it belonged; nowadays, the same cities experience a significant «glocal» influence, vastly shaped by global tendencies having strong influences on those places that before were local or regional.
Cities like humans investing time, effort and resources on education, learning and improvements will sow the seeds for better opportunities in the future. Having access to education, learning and growing are the foundation to better chances to experience joy, prosperity and abundance in the coming times. Dear reader, nurture your inner world, develop your creativity and imagination and think for yourself as an unlimited city, full of options and opportunities.
