Out of all those things, we can control the ones within our own circle of influence. On the other hand, there are some others independent from us regardless of what we do, think or say. As things happen anyway, what really matters is what we tell ourselves of that which happens, either within our internal domain or in the outside world.

Thus, by choosing empowering words, even in those difficult moments, we can gradually shift our perspective in life. Practicing to cultivate joy and love in difficult circumstances is one of the most important skills in life.
So start paying attention and observing your inner dialogue, start choosing and telling yourself positive words and soon your inner believe will grow, feeling better, even happier and stronger, regardless of what happens outside.
