When we think of the subconscious it can be defined as a vast potential reservoir that we have not untapped yet. Focusing on some areas is like «bringing light to darkness», placing them in the front so that they do not run subconsciously by default. Become conscious of those areas that you would like to flourish, make them active and integrate them into your new conscious reality.

Our subconscious mind is present in the vast realm – from deep beliefs to emotional patterns and automatic behaviours running in the background almost by default. Unfortunately, much of this territory remains hidden, influencing our lives subtly but powerfully to the point that they are charge of our lives without even being aware of this fact. These areas can remain dormant until we bring our attention, raise awareness and slowly but gradually, it suddenly begins to flourish. At that point, we realise that humans are capable of learning and developing almost any skill with practice, time, patience and determination.
Unlock hidden potential
Imagine a dark room and all of a sudden you turn on the light. Now, imagine you can take that light with you, moving around the room and providing more light into the places you more please. Similarly, working on yourself has the same pattern: gain access to undiscovered areas of yourself, completely unknown up until now.
You suddenly see things not noticed before, you become aware of them, and that is a beautiful moment, discovering from wisdom to creativity to intuition or writing. It can reveal hidden truths, expand your perception, or even making choices aligned with your authentic self.
Anywhere you take that light with you, that place, that area will be more vivid, more aware, more awake. The deeper you dig within those waters in the vast ocean the more treasures you discover. This process will provide you with new tools from personal growth to solving problems to manage your emotions, always depending on the areas you want to focus your attention to.
Shifting Perspectives
Becoming aware of certain behaviours such as patterns, beliefs, ideas or fears, makes you shift your perspectives. You move beyond your default limitations of your logical and practical mind. And the more we come to realise of broaden and more diverse perspectives, the more we see that reality expands, «while our understanding deepens, the more we realise how little we know». This shift of the way we look at things offers us fresh and new angles of perspectives. In time, these new way of looking and understanding life, will shape the character, personality expanding life experiences of the individual.
Integrating to evolve.
Integrating into your daily life all of these new insights is essential to evolve as a human being, to grow and expand your consciousness, your awareness. Like diving into that vast deep ocean in which you can immerse yourself, the subconscious realm is to be explored. Shed light into darkness in that never-ending journey toward self-discovery and building yourself up.
Better Self Relationship
As we grow in life, go through different types of experiences and have the will to learn more about ourselves, we gain a deeper understanding our likes, dislikes, feelings, emotions, actions, interests, who we really are in the end. Of course, it can be initially disorienting and experience the feeling of being loss, that is normal. It is an awakening process that takes time, however, we slowly start to discover and come to realise that there was a kind of hidden script governing our life.
Nonetheless, Raising awareness will illuminate unseen aspects of ourselves that were dormant, providing a deeper understanding of our behaviours, actions, reactions, emotions and so forth until now. Applying practice and consistency, we will be awakening such subconscious areas realising that we cannot be blindly dictated by our past decisions, but we feel more empowered to make conscious choices, to have freedom to decide.
